The team has arrived safely at Mikumi for their safari and a couple days of well deserved rest and relaxation. Below is their update from Facebook:
Long day of travel....we left Kibindu about 11am after being sent off in a flurry of heartfelt prayers full of the love of Jesus. What a beautiful send off. All the praise and glory belongs to God! We felt His presence in a powerful way these past few days. The response to Kyle's and Anne's story telling brought tears to my eyes. Alice interpreted and the concentration of the Muslim women listening was worth the whole trip.
The medical team didn't leave until after 2 pm. In 2 1/2 days they saw over 500 patients! Today was deworming for the children. We expect that by now they are safely back in Dar and probably are totally
We are all pretty tired, too, but it is a good tired knowing
that God was doing His thing in wonderful ways.
We saw giraffes, water buffalo and impala as we drove through the park in the dark! Beautiful sunset tonight was a harbinger of another day filled with the love and presence of Jesus. Bwana asifiwe! Lala salama!
Please continue to pray for them all!
