- Ordained Anglican priest
- In agreement with the Anglican Church of North America Statement of Faith
- Fully supports St. Luke’s Statement of Faith
- 3-5+ years proven experience as a priest, Associate Rector, or Rector or other leadership developmental role which clearly supports a move into a lead pastoral position
- Has their personal identity in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior in ways that demonstrate holiness, humility, perseverance, compassion and joy.
