Job Opening - Rector Position

Saint Luke’s Anglican Church of Hilton Head Island, SC is seeking to call a full-time Rector to lead our congregation into its next season of growth. Guided by the Holy Spirit, we're looking for a candidate who's an effective teacher, capable of delivering relatable and clear teachings that are theologically sound and based on Biblical truth. We desire a pastoral shepherd who excels in preaching, teaching, and providing pastoral care, and who will steward the church and its congregation with dedication.

All applicants must meet these initial criteria:
  • Ordained Anglican priest 
  • In agreement with the Anglican Church of North America Statement of Faith   
  • Fully supports the Saint Luke's Anglican Statement of Faith   
  • 5+ years proven experience as a priest, Associate Rector, or Rector or other leadership developmental role which clearly supports a move into a lead pastoral position 
  • Has their personal identity in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior in ways that demonstrate holiness, humility, perseverance, compassion and joy.
