Women's Ministry at Saint Luke's Anglican:
1) Fellowship, Friendship and Community amongst women at Saint Luke’s is paramount;
2) Growing in the knowledge of God and of His Word is paramount, creating safe, loving, encouraging, worshipful & prayerful environments in which to do so;
3) Extending our love and care to all women, and to all newcomers to Saint Luke’s, is also paramount.
Saint Luke’s Women’s Ministry Purpose: is aligned with our overall church authority; we teach that all Scripture is God-breathed (2 Timothy 3:16-17); we uphold that God has designed women uniquely with special talents and abilities; we seek to worship in an orthodox way.
Saint Luke’s Women's Ministry Mission: Aims to carry out the church's mission, To know Christ and Make Him Known, with all women it reaches; seeks to surround all women with Christ’s love; seeks opportunities and ways to serve one another, representing the servanthood of Christ.
Saint Luke’s Women's Ministry Vision: We specifically will serve all adult women. We embrace that we are a family of women, offering nurture, care and support to one another and to all within our church. We desire to grow in Jesus, by the power of the Holy Spirit, and through worship. Our service to women happens on Sundays and at other times and hopefully results in joy. We also, as women, serve our church with our unique gifts and talents.

THE ORDER OF THE DAUGHTERS OF THE HOLY CROSS (DHC)
The DHC MARTHA HORN CHAPTER of Saint Luke's Anglican is a group of women who have taken a four-fold vow of Prayer, Service, Study and Evangelism, committing their lives to the work and service of our Lord Jesus Christ. Our Chapter is under the National Provincial DHC Order. In addition to praying for our clergy, staff and congregation, and studying and sharing the Gospel, Daughters provide two service ministries among our St. Luke’s Church family. The White Rose Grief Ministry offers comfort to both widows and other women in our church family who have recently lost a close family member, and Pastoral Care which assists our clergy in visitation to shut-ins and those who are hospitalized or in care facilities.
