Memorials & Funerals

Memorials & Funerals

The Staff at Saint Luke's Anglican are glad to assist you during this difficult time. To streamline the process, we’ve developed a form and check list to make sure that we’re providing the best service we can to you and your loved ones.

Please download the attached file, which will be used by the Clergy of Saint Luke’s Anglican (“SLA”) and the Administrative Staff to assistin the planning of your memorial or funeral service. Please return the requested information via email to our Administrative Assistant, Elizabeth Glick, [email protected].

Memorials and funerals at Saint Luke's Anglican are subject to the leadership of the Clergy, the canons of the Church, the rubrics of the Anglican 2019 Book of Common Prayer (ABCP), the fees attached in the approved form, and other associated policies of the Parish.
